There new Lancia Ypsilon marks a big change for the brand, which from an economical proposal becomes almost a luxury brand within the universe Stellantis. After many previews in recent months, customers can finally order the new car while at the factory Mass production began.

The range maintains what now seems to be a mantra of the Group, namely simplicity, a schematic offer and facilitation of customer choice. There are three setupsall available with motorization electric or hybrid.

We start from what is simply called New Lancia Ypsilonwith sage green tones in the interior, tile seats with contrasting stitching, keyless start system, parking sensors, driving assistance with Forward Collision Warning, LDW and Android Auto/Apple CarPlay wireless.

We then go up to New Lancia Ypsilon LXwith 17″ diamond-cut alloy wheels and glossy black details, velvet seats with boiserie texture, and covering of the door and dashboard panels in MARM MORE, an innovative material composed up to 50% marble dust waste, recycled fabric, made with natural colours, soft to the touch and waterproof, created by Limonta and the Startup FILI PARI. Then there are wireless chargers for smartphones, front and rear cameras and sensors, Adaptive Cruise Control.

The top of the range is the already seen version Cassina editionthe model is equipped with the infotainment ROOM. and equipped with Level 2 autonomous driving, two 180° cameras, front and rear. This version is always connected, and is equipped with Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) and Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC). Obviously we find all the “living room” details with which the car was presented.

The engines are the well-known 156 horsepower/115 kW electric motor with a usable 51 kWh battery, with autonomy up to 403 kmand the 1.2-liter 3-cylinder hybrid, 100 HP, with 48 volt system and 6-speed e-DCT automatic transmission.

As for prices, for the hybrid version it starts from 24,900 eurosWhile for electric it rises to 34,900 euros, which however can become 31,900 euros or 29,900 euros, thanks to incentives without or with scrapping a vehicle. There is also the installment offer, which equalizes the installments for the two versions at 150 euros per month, but with different advance payments and maxi installments: 6,710 euros and 15,395 euros for the hybrid, 9,619 euros and 18,479 euros for the electric.
