Descriptive text here

What is oncological forgetfulness?

Oncological oblivion allows you to eliminate the obligation to declare the neoplasm from which you have suffered after a set deadline. Until now, the declaration of the state of illness implied – as repeatedly denounced also by patient associations – discrimination and difficulties in accessing mortgages, banking procedures and adoptions. In many European countries there has already been a law on cancer oblivion for some time.

The chart

For stage 1 colorectal cancer, for any age, the years from the end of treatment are reduced to one. For stages two and three, for those over 21 years old, the deadline drops to 7 years from the end of treatment. For melanoma for those over 21 years of age the deadline changes to 6 years. For stage 1 and 2 breast cancer at any age the deadline drops to one year; for the cervix, for those over 21 the term drops to 6 years. For cancer of the body of the uterus, for any age, the term drops to 5 years; for the testicle, at any age it drops to 1 year.

For thyroid under 55 years for women and under 45 years for men (excluding anaplastic tumors for both sexes) the term drops to one year. For Hodgkin lymphomas for those under 45 years of age the term drops to 5 years. Finally, for acute leukemias (lymphoblastic and myeloid), for any age, the term drops to 5 years.
