Adele tribute at the Cianfarani auditorium with the Moonflowers

The third appointment of the “Little Projects” is completely dedicated to the greatest exponent of popsoul, Saturday 27 April, at 5 pm, at the Cianfarani auditorium of the La Civitella national museum in Chieti.

The musical program created by the young band Moonflowers offers a concert in which the story of one of the female figures who is most influencing modern music will be retraced. Accompanied by the voice of Giulia Martino interpreting the singer Adele, the Moonflowers will perform her most famous songs.

For the occasion, the Moonflowers, formed by Giulia Martino (vocals), Fabio Di Francescantonio (guitar), Tommaso D’Onofrio (violin), Loris Mantini (keyboards), Thomas D’Emilio (bass) and Matteo Basciano (drums) , have decided to expand the staff and perform with a string quartet, formed not only by Tommaso D’Onofrio, but also by Giulia Di Fabio, Stefania Di Biase and Sofia Pirozzolo. Giulia’s voice will also be harmonized by Maria Chiara Leopardi and Sofia Bevilacqua.

Giulia Martino, 19 years old, has studied singing since she was a child. She is currently a student of opera singing at the “Luisa d’Annunzio” conservatory in Pescara. She has received numerous awards and recognitions since the age of 14 at festivals and musical events.

The “Little Projects” review is scheduled until June with four concerts dedicated to great artists from the 1950s to the present day; The last concert of the series will also be held in the Cianfarani Auditorium with “Caught Out in the Little Project”, in June, dedicated to Beth Hart.

After the success of the first meetings, the musical program curated by young musicians continues as part of the cultural promotion activities foreseen by the agreement between the La Civitella archaeological museum and the garden of public readings… and more, an agreement which, in in particular, it allows high school and university students free access to the museum premises to study, for artistic tests and to carry out cultural and educational projects.

The project is part of the activities envisaged by the agreement between DRM-Museo La Civitella and the Giardino delle Pubbliche Letture which allows high school and university students to freely use the study spaces of the museum, as well as the Cianfarani auditorium, both to study and try as much as to perform and propose personal projects.
