The Scurati case shook public opinion, the media and politics over the weekend and shows us something about the relationship between TV and power. After the cancellation of the writer’s monologue from the Rai3 program Che Sara, protagonists of the intellectual and political debate intervened, a few days before April 25th and in the midst of the electoral campaign, relaunching an unresolved issue. What relationship should there be between public service RadioTV and power? And how does it work in other European countries? Guests by Pietro Del Soldà Sabino Cassese, judge emeritus of the Constitutional Court, is professor emeritus at the Scuola Normale Superiore.
