Practically simultaneously with the new official image of the Red Hulk, new promotional images around Captain America 4 were released online: these reveal to us that the character played by Anthony Mackie will wear a helmet.
This headgear – which is quite reminiscent of the one worn by Ant-Man – represents a real novelty in Sam Wilson’s costume. Looking at the image, in addition to a reference to the “A” of Captain America, we notice a breathing tube: a detail that could suggest a possible high-altitude battle.
In addition to having stated that in Captain America 4 there will be the arrival of a new and bigger enemy, Anthony Mackie revealed that this movie will be “10 times bigger” from The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and who will develop the relationship with Joaquin Torres: “They are both military. I was his commanding officer. Different from the way I admired Steve or the way I disliked Bucky, here we’re talking about something much more like a friendship“.
In the same circumstance, the actor had spoken of a real “reset”, which will indicate (no less than Captain America: The Winter Soldier did at the time) the direction Marvel intends to take in the near future. We remind you that Captain America 4 will arrive in US theaters on February 14, 2025. The film will be directed by Julius Onah, from a screenplay by Malcolm Spellman and Dalan Musson.
