MOLFETTA – Poste Italiane has issued a stamp dedicated to Italo Foschi, fascist militant, organizer of the squadrismo in Rome, loyal to Mussolini until the Republic of Salò, when Italy suffered the massacres of the black brigades and the Nazi SS, also known for having congratulated with Amerigo Dumini, writing to him that he was a hero for the assassination of Giacomo Matteotti, a courageous free man killed by fascist squadristi for his ideas. Therefore, while in these days we remember the assassination of Giacomo Matteotti by fascist squads, the government of our country pays homage in the same days, with a stamp, to those who shared that brutal assassination. The ANPI section of Molfetta “Giovanni and Tiberio Pansini, says NO to the stamp that Poste Italiane has created and joins the criticism of other ANPI sections asking not to spread this stamp and to respect the fundamental values of our democratic and anti-fascist society
