Upon further inspection, the operators ascertained that the car did not have insurance coverage or inspection, and that the man’s driving license had expired a month ago. Finally, taking into account the symptoms of alcoholic intoxication displayed, the man was accompanied to the local Traffic Police Section, to be subjected to a breathalyzer test, which however the man refused to submit to.
In light of what was ascertained, the man was arrested for violating the prescription imposed by the special surveillance measure, and reported for refusing to be tested for alcoholic intoxication; finally, administrative sanctions were imposed against him for violations of the highway code.
