REGGIO CALABRIA Clarity on the completion of the stabilization procedures at the ASP of Reggio Calabria. This is the request of FP CGIL Calabria, CISL FP Calabria, UIL FPL Calabria, with the secretaries: Alessandra Baldari, Luciana Giordano, Walter Bloise and Francesco Callea General Secretary FPCGIL Metropolitan Area, Pino Rubino Deputy General Secretary CISLFP Reggio Calabria, Salvatore Marte Territorial Coordinator UILFPL Reggio Calabria.
«Despite the approval of the needs plan and the consequent DCA 102/2024 – we read in a note – we are still waiting for the completion of the stabilization procedures scheduled with resolution of the General Director of the ASP of Reggio Calabria n. 276 of 28.3.2024 for holders of flexible work contracts who have been out of work for about a year.
This is an intolerable situation that leaves in limbo dozens of professionals who, with their work, have supported the action of the Provincial Health Authority in a difficult period such as that marked by the fallout from the Covid 19 pandemic.
We are talking about women and men who have acquired considerable professionalism and have worked for the good of the community during a very delicate and complex phase, now finding themselves forcibly put “in the stands”.
We therefore turn to the President of the Regional Council in his capacity as Commissioner, to the Department of Health Protection and to the Provincial Health Authority of Reggio Calabria, which is the competent one, for the definitive resolution of this problem.
The union agreements, referred to in resolution 276 of March 28, 2024 and the one signed on March 27, 2024, provided for the rapid conclusion of this process and the stabilization of all the professionals who, with great dedication and accuracy, have provided their service for the Provincial Health Authority of Reggio Calabria. Delaying further in recognizing the just complaints of these workers, in our union vision, would be an unjustified act for the top management of the Reggio Emilia ASP and for the Calabrian Health Authority”.
