Cremona Pride 2024
Saturday 6 July 2024 at Cremona Pride will returnthe event to raise public awareness on issues of LGBTQ+ community rights and identity. Cremona Pride wants to be a moment of visibility for the stories, struggles and victories of those who belong to this community, often marginalized and misunderstood.
Episodes of intolerance have highlighted the crucial need for events such as Pride. The initiative is not only a response to such discriminatory acts, but also an essential platform for the visibility of the stories, struggles and victories of those who belong to the queer community.
The 2024 Cremona Pride is under the guidance of Chiara Pedronirecently elected president of the territorial committee Arcigay Cremona “La Rocca”. His commitment and leadership promise to further strengthen the association’s efforts in activism and education in the Cremona area.
“We want to build a more supportive and visible community,” Pedroni said. “Cremona Pride is not just an event, but a path of cultural and social change that involves all sectors of society.”
