Music under the stars with Die Antwoord!
A few months after their sold out date at the Alcatraz in Milan, the band are back in Italy The answer.
The South African alternative hip hop group from Cape Town led by the couple Ninja e Yolandi Visser and with behind DJ Hi-Tek electrified and made everyone dance Castle Island!
Before them, the charismatic one was there to warm up the track and start making people sweat. Cosmo.
L’opener (o co-headliner?)
Mark Jacob Bianchiin art Cosmobrought his most famous songs on stage, as well as those from his latest album “On the Wings of the White Horse” released on March 15th.
Alongside him is a band of musicians and the inevitable performer Pan Dan.
Most of the audience present knows and sings his songs, others are perhaps just getting to know him this evening but everyone is happy and lets themselves go dancing.
On the last song Cosmo he stopped the music to ask everyone to put away their phones and enjoy the concert by immersing themselves in it 100% only with their own eyes, ears, only with their dancing body… a “mission” that he has supported for a long time and in fact at his past concerts in arenas a sticker was applied to the cameras of cell phones at the entrance.
Some people join, some don’t care and continue making videos… and at 9:30 pm Cosmo’s show, unfortunately, ends.

A somewhat long stage change and after about an hour, in the darkness, on a stage guarded by ninjas, here he appears DJ Hi-Tekwith a mask on his face.

It’s show time, motherfucker, it’s on
Hi-Tech begins to pulsate out of his console high beat sounds and then slow down on Oh Fortune – Carmina Burana…and after a while the singer appears Ninjastaring at us from the center of the stage, made of black cubes of various sizes with orange writing.
Ninja starts singing and moving around the stage and at a certain point, from the top of a cube, she appears: Yolandi.
The concert has thus officially begun and it starts off with a bang. Fatty Boom Boom.
An evening of electronic music mixed with hip hop with a lot of energy from the audience but also from the band, with Ninjia even throwing himself into the crowd twice while continuing to sing.
An hour of show but very tight, hot, crazy, tiring…beautiful!
