With the Resolution of the Board of Directors of Campania Region, DGRC n. 306/2024, the resolution of the General Manager of ASL Benevento of 18 June 2024, which redefines the recruitment of staff for the three-year period 2022-2024. This act will allow the new structures, including the‘Cerreto Sannita Hospice and five Community hospitals planned and partly already built, in addition to the Multipurpose facilities for health, of an adequate number of medical-health and professional personnel. In this way, the needs of functionality will be satisfied, optimizing the available resources.
The General Director of the ASL Benevento, Dr. Gennaro Volpe, expresses gratitude to the Campania Region for its constant support, which materialized with the approval of this important planning tool.
Furthermore, this approval has allowed the Sannita Health Authority to actively participate in the recruitment plan promoted by the Campania Region, aimed at exhausting the still open rankings of social-health workers, ensuring that the territorial structures have a sufficient number of professionals to guarantee a higher quality of services.
“The Three-Year Personnel Requirements Plan 2022-2024 – declares DG Gennaro Volpe – will allow us to implement rapid competitive procedures for the recruitment of a large number of medical managers, technical-professionals and operators in the sector, arriving at acquiring a total number of personnel units of almost 2000 units. All this will allow us to improve the quality standards of health services, in line with the planned development prospects, to increasingly better serve our users residing in such a vast and diversified territory”.
With the approval of DGRC n. 306/2024, ASL Benevento takes a further step forward towards improving local health facilities and the quality of services offered to citizens, confirming its commitment to respond effectively to the needs of the Sannio community.
