BIG Camp, third round inaugurated with the arrival in Bondone of Riccardo Sbertoli!

The first day of activities of the third round of BIG Camp 2024 reserved a great surprise for the over 210 participants, who this afternoon were able to meet Richard Sbertoli.
Just returned from Lodz (Poland), where last weekend he played the VNL 2024 Finals with the rank of captain of Italy, the European Champion setter wanted to go up to Monte Bondone (historical location of the yellow and blue summer camp, now in its seventeenth edition) to meet the members of a week that has already entered the record book of the event.
Never before had the BIG Camp managed to bring so many boys and girls to the Trento Mountain for a single session; Sbertoli actually wanted to thank them one by one for their presence, willingly offering autographs, selfies and souvenir videos and spending the entire afternoon (characterized by bad weather) with everyone, first in the marquee in Vason and then at the Sopramonte gym, where a group had moved to play indoor volleyball.
“It’s always nice to be able to participate in these events – explained the Trentino Volley setter on the sidelines – ; in the eyes of many kids I see the great love for volleyball and the excitement of being able to meet the SuperLega players. All this makes me even more enthusiastic about being here. As soon as I can, I will always be happy to go up to Monte Bondone for the BIG Camp”.
Among the coaches who will lead the activity throughout this week, the name of Oreste Cavuto stands out, always a great friend of the BIG Camp, who also in this edition wanted to make his high-level experience available.
