Salernitana, Iannoni awarded in Perugia: “I could stay here”

Salerno

Edoardo Iannoni it was one of Perugia’s happy notes. Grifo missed out on the assault on Serie B, defeated by Carrarese in the playoffs. The midfielder made his mark with the Perugia Club Coordination Center which rewarded him with the “Best Griffin” trophy. On the occasion of the award ceremony, Iannoni opened the door to his staying in Umbria, with Perugia intending to assert the right of redemption by leaving the ball to Salernitana who would have to pay a sum of around one million to trigger the counter-option.

“I still don’t know what my future will be – the words of Iannoni -. I know that at the moment I am halfway between Perugia and Salernitana and we will have to wait in the summer what they decide together with me and my agent. Stay in Perugia? I would stay as long as there is a serious project from which to start again and be able to win. Here there is a warmth and a coat of arms of another category. Personally I always ask myself more, the best would be to have more impact and score and make more assists, I got unstuck in the end and woke up a little late but I’m satisfied.”
