The program of “La Tavola dei 300” – Reservations are open for the ARL event, the Lubrensi Restaurateurs Association with the patronage of the municipality of Massa

The complete program of the first edition of the “La Tavola dei 300” event, organized by the Lubrensi Restaurateurs Association with the patronage of the Municipality of Massa Lubrense, was presented at the suggestive viewpoint of the Borgo dell’Annunziata in Massa Lubrense (Naples).

Speakers included: the mayor of Massa Lubrense Lorenzo Balducelli, the deputy mayor with responsibility for tourism Giovanna Staiano, the president of the ARL Association Francesco Gargiulo, the delegate of the SOS Santobono Foundation Emanuela Capuano and the vice delegate of Ais Sorrento Peninsula/Capri Elvira Coppola.

The program is very rich. The inauguration is scheduled for Wednesday 19 June at 7pm in Largo Vescovado, in Massa Centro. For the occasion, the square will come alive with the display of typical local products, traditional cuisine, wines and bubbles, for a ribbon cutting open to the public. Peculiar moment? The award ceremony of the Mellino family from Quattro Passi di Nerano for the recognition of the third Michelin star. This will be followed by an aperitif and tasting of typical food and wine, curated by the chefs of the Lubrensi Restaurateurs Association in synergy with the partners of the “La Tavola dei 300” event.

On Thursday 20 June, journalists and influencers present will have the opportunity to visit Massa Lubrense by sea, from Marina del Cantone to Marina di Puolo, where the restaurateurs will welcome the press with a lunch by the sea, featuring fresh fish and local dishes local tradition.

At 7.30 pm there will be the most important moment of the whole event: the La Tavola dei 300 dinner, with participation only upon reservation and tickets purchasable online on the website www.latavoladei300.com

The evening will open with a welcome aperitif at the Hotel Delle Palme, with the participation of Grand Hotel Due Golfi and the 4 Venti Restaurant, there will be the extraordinary presence of the pizza chefs Enzo Coccia and Pasqualino Rossi, the chefs of Taverna will also intervene with culinary surprises del Capitano and Relais Blu.

Following this, at 8.30 pm, the “La Tavola dei 300” dinner will begin, which will take place along the Corso di Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi. The event will in fact recall the settings of the ancient festivals that once took place in the village, with a long table of 300 seats for guests and customers, who will be able to taste the Borghi menu, created by the chefs of the Lubrensi Restaurateurs Association, which brings together 60 companies. For the occasion, lights, colors and flowers will enliven the village of Massa, with the long table set up with linen tablecloths and lemons. In the kitchen on the front line there will be: Tutt’Apost, Le Sirene, I Giardini di Vigliano, La Primavera, La Tavernetta, Antico Francischiello da Peppino, Cantuccio, The king Beef, Tramonto Rosso, Don Vito, Capuozzo, Da Francesco, Il Fienile , Pasta E.., Villa Rena, Bellavista Francischiello, Fattoria Terranova, Lo Stuzzichino, La Torre, Salvatore e Mafalda, Relais Blu, La Macina, Maria Grazia, Conca del Sogno, Il Vespro, El Gringo Pub, Bistrot 66, Funiculì Funiculà . The dessert will be curated by the Roxy Bar and the Pasticceria Fiorentino.

And after dinner? Well the celebrations will continue in the area adjacent to the Church of Sant’Agata, with music, toasts and the tasting of sorbets from Sweet Costiera, Gelateria del Corso and Ikigai. Surprise finale curated by Don Alfonso, the Iaccarino family will in fact say the final farewells with the team of the Lubrensi Restaurateurs Association tasting a house specialty, completely dedicated to Massa Lubrense lemons.

There will be a moment of solidarity: in fact there will be a donation by the Lubrensi Restaurateurs Association of 2,000 euros to the project “Multimedia room for video consultations with other hospital structures” intended for the Santobono Regional Pediatric Burns Centre.

There will be VIPs from sports, entertainment and TV; among the many other friends of the area also Edoardo Raspelli (who turns 75 on 19 June) who in neighboring Sorrento has just handed over the Alma Ambrosi scholarship to a student of the Hotel Institute and who will soon return to Campania with the cameras for the third edition of THE ITALY THAT I LIKE… TRAVELING WITH RASPELLI created by the famous Neapolitan lyricist Fabrizio Berlincioni.
