“I grew up on these fields, and I had never seen such an important investment plan on these structures that host hundreds of kids every day – declares Mostafa El Khayari, 28 years old and with a career as a footballer among the ranks of many teams including Sanremese, Ventimiglia, Argentina, Derthona, Lumezzane, Voghera, Pavia, Fiuggi and Sestri Levante, candidate for councilor in Sanremo al Centro, who yesterday, accompanied by the outgoing councilor Giuseppe Faraldi, also candidate for Sanremo al Centro, visited some sports facilities in Pian di Poma.

“The 11-a-side pitch has been completely redone with an investment of 500 thousand euros, work in progress for another 3 million euros for the redevelopment of the 9-a-side football pitches, for the changing rooms, new lighting, a multi-purpose pitch and an area fitness, which will join the nascent Sports Hall and the investments planned for the lighting of the baseball field. The program started by the Biancheri administration and which will be completed by the Mager administration is finally going to create the Sports Citadel in Pian. of Poma which I have heard about since I was a child – stated Mostafa El Khayari, explaining the enthusiasm with which he wanted to put himself at the service of the community -: I have always practiced sport, in particular football, and I know how much strength it has in the path of a child’s growth. Supporting sport is a value and not a duty because it improves the community in which we live. I am running for Sanremo al Centro, alongside Alessandro Mager, to continue the projects started and create new ones”.
