In addition to this, the company has recently implemented ever-increasing repression against unionized workers, reaching extreme cases, such as the recent spurious dismissal of a worker, a clearly discriminatory and anti-union act.

Despite the recent judicial investigations that involved the LHS Consortium and allowed the State to recover millions of euros evaded from taxes, a lot of work still needs to be done regarding the treatment of workers.
Indeed, as regards the institution of sickness, workers were subjected to worse treatment compared to the past, losing the recognition of 100% sickness pay, a fundamental achievement of the trade union struggles carried out years ago.
Mothers and fathers who today find themselves with a salary equal to, if not worse than, that of 5 years ago, with an ever-increasing cost of living, for whom making ends meet becomes increasingly difficult.
With today’s strike a strong signal was given, with which workers demonstrated once again that only with the struggle and with the unity of workers can we achieve the result together.
