Will start Saturday 25 Maywith the first stop in Piazza Brin, “Operation Donatella”, the new initiative of the La Spezia Red Cross that will offer free medical checks in the neighborhoods and hamlets of the territory. The CRI mobile clinic will stop on Saturday 25 May from 9.00 to 11.00 in Piazza Brin, Saturday 1 June in Pitelli, Saturday 15 June in Migliarina in Piazza Concordia, Saturday 22 June in Fezzano and Saturday 29 June in Cadimare. “Operation Donatella”, as well as a free health service for the population, also wants to be a memory of the Red Cross volunteer Donatella Galeotti, who passed away in January leaving a big void in the association. For this reason the Volunteer Nurses of the La Spezia Red Cross wanted to dedicate the new initiative to Donatella, who had made support for the weakest her reason for living. At each stop on the mobile clinic tour there will also be a medical specialist of the Red Crosswhich together with the Red Cross Sisters will be available to citizens to carry out medical checks and measure blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol.
