Arrested red-handed for theft in a pizzeria in Udine.

Based on the detailed information provided by the owner of the public establishmentwho had noticed the presence of a stranger in his own restaurant thanks to the internal video surveillance system, the agents of the Flying Squad of the Udine Police Headquarters surprised a Italian citizen of Bangladeshi origins while rummaging through the shelves. Caught red-handed, the 26-year-old, already burdened by several precedents, was subjected to a personal searchduring which they were found banknotes of various denominations for a total of 50 euros and a mobile phone owned by the owner of the pizzeria.
The man was taken to these offices for identification and referred, under arrest, to the Judicial Authority for the crime of aggravated theft, for the crime having been committed in an establishment where food and drinks are served. When validating the arrest, the GIP ordered the precautionary measure of the obligation to submit to PG on a daily basis.
