The council approves plastic free and clay pigeon shooting

The municipal administration announces that in the scouncil meeting today 9 May all resolutions on the agenda were approved.
These are the points:

• Approval of the settlement scheme following the ruling of the Court of Appeal of Perugia n. 599/23. Left 62/16. XXX c/Municipality of Terni
• Elections of members of the European Parliament due in Italy on 8 and 9 June 2024. Identification of spaces for electoral propaganda to be allocated exclusively to the display of printed matter, newspapers, murals or others, and electoral propaganda posters
• Concession for use and management of the kiosk and relevant area, located in the David Raggi public park and of the property located in via Sibilla Aleramo n.18-20, basement and ground floor
• European elections of 8 and 9 June 2024. Emergency change to the financial forecast budget 2024-2026 pursuant to art.175 c.1 and c.4 of Legislative Decree 267/2000
• Authorization for the temporary use of municipal properties located in voc. Rocca San Zenone by the parish of San Zenone Martire.
• Emergency change in the budget for financial year 2024, pursuant to art. 175 c 4 of Legislative Decree 267/2000. Destination of proceeds from the sale of flowers for the supply of veterinary drugs for the Kennel Management and Animal Welfare office. Amount of €1,800
• Approval of memorandum of understanding Plastic Free non-profit voluntary organisation
• Redevelopment of the clay shooting facility in the Cesi area (PNRR). Approval of the characterization plan
• Wine Love Weekend event – ​​1st edition scheduled in Terni on 17 – 18 – 19 May 2024 – Recognition Market Exhibition Event
• Formal constitution of the new Youth Council of the Municipality of Terni

The proposed Council resolution relating to the public sports service for the management of the municipal sports facility consisting of the Libero Liberati Stadium and the adjacent Giorgio Taddei sports field was also illustrated.
