The manufacturer and identification mark of the establishment is Gelli Salumi Srl, specifically from the factory in via Sciano 71, Certaldo in Florence. To better identify the type of product under recall, you can check the affected batch: 190324.

The salami, which has a white label, has “Tuscan salami” and “Gluten, milk and derivatives-free” written on the packaging, has raised the alarm due to the presence of a bacterium. In particular it is the presence of salmonella to have triggered concern about the health risk of consumers. The recall, scheduled for April 15, 2024 for product with an expiration date of August 20, 2024, comes with a warning. The note states that the product must not be consumed and bring it back to the point of sale for collection.
