The Deputy Sports Judge Cosimo Taiuti, assisted by Irene Papi and the AIA Representative Mr. Marco Ravaglioli, adopted the resolutions which are reported in full below in the session of 15 May 2024:

FINE €2,250.00 – CASERTANA

A) for having some of its members caused the start of the match to be delayed by 2 minutes by not showing up on time in the tunnel to enter the pitch;

B) for actions contrary to the rules regarding order and safety and for violent actions committed by his supporters, which pose a risk to public safety, consisting of throwing a half-full bottle of water into the playing area, without consequences.

Measurement of the cumulative sanction for the two conducts [euro 2.000,00 per condotta sub A) e euro 250,00 per la condotta sub B)], in application of the articles. 4, 6, 13, paragraph 2, 25 and 26 CGS and art. 1 point 1.2 of the Play Off – Play Out Regulations 2023-2024 (CU n. 236/L of 12.04.2024), having evaluated the overall nature of the facts and considering that the sanctioned club played the match away (Arbitration r., r. federal proceedings, civil law).

FINE €1,000.00 – TARANTO

A) to have his supporters, positioned in the Curva Nord Sector, sing an outrageous chorus towards the police twice in the 41st minute of the first half;

B) to have his supporters, present in the Curva Nord Sector, in the 41st and 43rd minute of the first half, point a green laser beam several times at the Vicenza goalkeeper and then at another player of the opposing team who at that moment he was on the ground.

Continuation considered, measure of the sanction in application of the articles. 6, 13, paragraph 2, 25 and 26 CGS, having assessed the overall nature of the facts and considered the organizational models implemented pursuant to art. 29 CGS (r. federal proc., RCC).

FINE €250.00

CATANIA for acts contrary to the rules on order and safety and for violent acts committed by his supporters, which constituted a danger to public safety, consisting of throwing a half-full bottle of water into the playing area, without consequences.

Measurement of the sanction in application of the articles. 13 paragraph 2, 25 and 26 CGS, having assessed the overall nature of the facts and considered the organizational models adopted pursuant to art. 29 CGS (r. federal proc., RCC).

PERUGIA for acts contrary to the rules on order and safety and for violent acts committed by his supporters, which constituted a danger to public safety, consisting of throwing a half-full bottle of water into the playing area, without consequences.

Measurement of the sanction in application of the articles. 13, paragraph 2, 25 and 26 CGS, having assessed the overall nature of the facts and considered the organizational models adopted pursuant to art. 29 CGS (r. federal proc.).

FINE €200.00

CARRARESE for acts contrary to the rules on order and safety and for violent acts committed by his supporters, which constituted a danger to public safety, consisting of throwing an empty bottle of water into the playing area, without consequences.

Measurement of the sanction in application of the articles. 13, paragraph 2, 25 and 26 CGS, having evaluated the overall nature of the facts, considering that the sanctioned club played the match away and the organizational models adopted pursuant to art. 29 CGS (r. federal proc., RCC).

FINE €100.00

TRIESTINA for having some of its supporters present in the Furlan Curve chanting outrageous chants against the State institutions, in the 29th minute and 56th minute of the match, repeated twice.

Continuation considered, measure of the sanction in application of the articles. 13, paragraph 2, and 25, paragraph 3, CGS, having assessed the overall nature of the facts and considered the organizational models adopted pursuant to art. 29 CGS (r. federal proc.).

DISQUALIFICATION FOR FOUR ACTUAL RACES

PINATO MARCO (BENEVENTO)

as, at the end of the match, he approached the Referee in a threatening manner, first uttering a disrespectful phrase towards him and then pushing him with medium-high intensity, causing him to lose his balance without, however, making him fall to the ground; furthermore he uttered a further seriously offensive phrase. Measurement of the sanction in application of art. 36, paragraph 1, letter. b), CGS, evaluated the overall methods of conduct.
