PESCARA – Over 300 children from the Galileo Galilei Institute in Pescara have been adopted by Lab160, a company in the province of Teramo. This company, in collaboration with OSM EDU – an organization dedicated to the training orientation of young adolescents, has undertaken a training course with them to help them understand the first dynamics affecting the world of work.

Four training sessions were organised, including a meeting between the kids and the company’s management team, to start a fruitful discussion between generation Z, families and the world of work. On the occasion of the first meeting, the students completed a questionnaire of 50 questions – called OSM TALENT – which allowed them to have a clearer vision of their future, as it allows them to identify different aptitudes and understand which talents have room for improvement, in order to support them in a path of awareness and valorization of their potential. From here, the subsequent meetings made it possible to analyze the test results, to discuss with the families and with the entrepreneurs of the company to help the students discover the world of work and its dynamics.
