The high pressure area of subtropical origin which over the last two days has gradually conquered the central Mediterranean and Italy will provide a break overall sunny in our country but not long lasting. This is because it is a dynamic anticyclone which precedes the in-depth analysis of a sac on Western Europe destined to bring bad weather also intense over some of our regions over the next week. The incipit of this bad weather will be a progressive one intensification of instability on the northern regions which on Sunday could also be quite widespread on the Alpine and pre-Alpine sectors with local extensions up to some sectors of the Valpadana. On the other side we will have more some disturbance linked to the old cyclonic circulation now over Türkiye which is continuing to attract ours southern regions weak infiltrations of fresh air at altitude still capable of stimulating gods but only for today afternoon thunderstorms. So a Saturday with the last storms in the South and some first storms in the North and a Sunday with more widespread instability in the North. Let’s see a detail.
SATURDAY WEATHER: North, prevailing sun in the morning with some minor clouding. Afternoon with formation of some showers in the Alpine and pre-Alpine sectors, more likely between Piedmont and Lombardy. In the evening little cloudy everywhere. Centersunny with some harmless cloudy disturbances in the afternoon between Abruzzo and lower Lazio. South, sunny in the morning, afternoon with development of thunderstorms in lower Campania, Tyrrhenian Basilicata, Calabria and eastern Sicilian interior. In the evening the calm returns everywhere. Temperatures slightly increasing. Northern winds with some reinforcements on the Adriatic and Ionian. Slightly rough or locally rough seas.
SUNDAY WEATHER: North, scattered clouds in the morning with even locally cloudy skies in the Northwest and along the pre-Alpine and piedmont sectors, in the afternoon development of thunderstorms over the Alps and Pre-Alps but with phenomena locally extending to the lowland sectors especially in Piedmont and upper Lombardy. In the evening/night there is still the possibility of thunderstorms in the same areas, with greater openings on the lower plains, especially in Emilia Romagna. Center, sunny in the morning, afternoon with a few isolated showers between the Lazio and Abruzzo Apennines, occasionally in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. In the evening little cloudy everywhere. Southoverall sunny except for isolated daytime instability along the Apennines but with modest phenomena. Temperatures a slight further increase in the South. Variable weak winds, sirocco on the Canals. Seas until calm or slightly rough.
