(Adnkronos/Labitalia) – “This participation of ours was born from an initiative carried out by employment consultants, and it is very important because it brings together two different worlds: our students who are entering the world of work and those who have already been working there for years”. Thus the delegate of the Rector of the University of Florence for inclusion and diversity, Maria Paola Monaco, on the sidelines today of the presentation, in the Florentine University during the Career day, of the 2024 Labor Festival, scheduled from 16 to 18 May at the Fortezza da Basso, to which the University has granted patronage.
“Consultants – he continued – play a very important role within our job market because they accompany the company in the various choices it must make. And therefore we must make our students understand how to enter that world”.
“Not only by training them in the best possible way along the way, for example in our degree course in legal services which includes a specific curriculum for employment consultants, but also by explaining to them a little those ‘tricks’ that are necessary to make a good job interview, to write a CV in a suitable way, to show the best of what they have learned on the desks”, he concluded.
