The redevelopment and urban regeneration interventions of the neighborhood are nearing completion Aler by Zama Salomone in Milan, financed by the Lombardy Region. Today a technical and institutional inspection took place to take stock of the work in which the regional councilor for housing and social housing, Paolo Franco, the minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Matteo Salvini and the president of Aler Milano, Matteio Mognaschi, participated. .
In particular, the authorities visited the spaces they will host the CASA project (Aler Center for Housing Services), that is, a territorial and socio-health unit that will be activated thanks to regional funding of 661,000 euros. Proximity health services will be guaranteed by the Asst Fatebenefratelli Sacco and a general practitioner available to the neighborhood, in addition to the areas intended for the activities of two ‘community manager’ operators who will take care of the relationships between Aler and tenants and the coordination of services. The project also includes a listening and assistance desk for women victims of domestic violence, in collaboration with specialized associations. The structural works are nearing completion, after which we will proceed with the launch of the initiative.

In the Zama Salomone neighborhood there are 473 Aler homes. As part of the housing recovery programme, financed by the Lombardy Region with over 1.1 million euros, they are 78 real estate units have been redeveloped, while for another 6 the renovation will be completed by the end of the year. Through an allocation of 10.8 million euros, the Lombardy Region financed the extraordinary maintenance and energy efficiency works of the buildings. The works for the construction of the facade cladding and the reconstruction of the roof, the renovation of all 20 elevators and intercoms, the external lighting with the installation of 85 street lamps, the new flooring and the painting of the pilotage floor have been completed. , the new water plants, and the renovation of the gas network serving 369 homes was completed.
