Winter passed with flying colours: Movimënt is preparing for a summer of innovations

It is with an invasion of nylon suits, skis without carving, goggles, duvets and unlikely color combinations that the winter season of Movimënt, the Alta Badia district. The Vintage Partywith its 80s atmosphere and live music, was an explosive “grand finale”.

The party was the conclusion of a generous season in terms of attendance. With the facilities closed, the district draws a positive balance. Good news comes from Movimënt’s special observatory: I like the mountains more and more. It remains a sought-after destination, not only for Italians, who confirm previous findings, but above all for foreigners. The most interesting data is in fact the increase in tourists Americansin line with what occurs in other locations in the Alps.

Once the winter season is over, it’s time to think aboutsummer. From June 15th to October 6th the plateau will resume functioning at full capacity and will offer visitors many new features. The main one concerns the Piz la Ila park, the main one in the area, which hosts games and activities for children and adults. After an in-depth restyling the area will be presented to the public completely renovated.

There will be no shortage of it weekly programming, which has always been a flagship of the summer season. In the program of activities to try with the entertainers and especially designed for families, in addition to geocaching and bike and e-bike tours, the treasure hunt. You explore the woods on the trail of a mysterious surprise, looking for clues that stimulate your ability to observe nature.

The plateau reconfirms itself as a place suitable for children: a vocation that has grown in recent years thanks to the opening of the Movi Family Apart-Hotel, the first in Alta Badia, full of services that meet the needs of all guests. The Hotel is committed to bringing the little ones closer to the wonders of nature, also through concrete actions that support the environment: those who use the hotel App to request the delivery service receive a tree as a gift, which you can plant personally, or alternatively follow the operation online. It is a project created in collaboration with ETIFORa spinoff of the University of Padua that aims to reforest the territories affected by storm Vaia.

But there are many surprises for the “grown-ups” too: the 2024 edition of Concert at Dawnwhich this year will involve an artist yet to be revealed at the beginning of August, and of course the return, on 12 -13 July, of Federica Constantini. The fitness coach and food blogger brings her fitness routine, workouts and all the secrets for a healthy life to Movimënt. But in 2024 the formula expands, and becomes an entire weekend linked to well being all-round, developing an ever deeper connection with the territory that hosts it.
