The initiative was promoted by the Road Safety Monitoring Center – ASSET – Puglia, in collaboration with the Local Police of Andria.
Speakers included the Puglia Region Councilor Dr. Debora Ciliento, the Municipal Councilor Dora Conversano, the School Director Prof. Maria Teresa Natale and the head of the Road Safety Monitoring Center – ASSET – Puglia Dr. Pierpaolo Bonerba.
The teaching tools proposed by ASSET – Puglia on the “The Road is not a Jungle” platform accompany children in the development of technical, ethical and civil skills which are the basis of responsible behaviour, towards their own safety and that of others, and respectful of ‘environment.
The Local Police Agents illustrated the rules to be respected when being pedestrians, cyclists or when riding scooters, as well as the rules necessary to experience the road in a more careful, safe and responsible way.
