Even this year ANT Foundation will bring theMobile Prevention Clinic in Florencethanks to the support of Banco Fiorentino – Credito Cooperativo, to offer 5 free days of cancer prevention visits to the citizens of Florence and the province.
The initiative, which follows the similar one in 2023 linked to the 45th anniversary of the Foundation, gives a concrete signal of the presence of ANT in the Florence area, operational since 1995 both with free and specialized home care for cancer patients and with free cancer prevention campaigns.
From May 13th to 17th the ANT Prevention Mobile Clinic will be in Florence, in the pedestrian area of Savonarola Square (church side), to offer two days of Gynecology Project visits (13 and 14 May) and three days of Melanoma Project (15, 16 and 17 May). Overall they will be offered to citizens 104 free visits.
With the gynecology project ANT offers gynecological visits integrated by Pap test and transvaginal and/or transabdominal ultrasound for the early diagnosis of suspicious gynecological lesions. With the Melanoma Project, patients will instead be able to access dermatological visits with the aid of dermatoscopy for the timely diagnosis of suspicious and/or neoplastic lesions.

Making these days available for free, at a time when the economic conditions of many have also become more difficult, truly represents an important goal.
