Off we go Porcari Next – Simplifying is a step forwardthe renewal and implementation project of IT services of the Municipality of Porcari which will facilitate interactions between citizens and professionals. All the updates and services that will gradually be activated as part of this innovative initiative, made possible thanks to a Pnrr financing of 360 thousand euroswill be communicated through the dedicated Facebook page (click here).
The strengthening of municipal IT services is the result of a collaborative effortcoordinated by the councilor for digitization Simone Gianniniand a vision aimed at improving the quality of life in the area. Each new feature made available has been carefully thought out and designed to simplify and speed up bureaucratic procedures: citizens and professionals will be able to take advantage of the new and efficient solutions through the web portal of the Municipality of Porcari and the mobile application I.
From now on it will therefore be possible request and pay for registry certificates, building permits and commercial authorizations online, thus reducing waiting times and streamlining bureaucratic procedures.
But not only that: thanks to the new platform, citizens will be able to book appointments with municipal offices independently with just a few clicks.
An electronic help desk will also be active to report disservices and problems or to forward complaints, thus actively contributing to the management and care of the environment and the territory.
Taxes and municipal taxes can be paid online in a safe and fast way and the participation of citizens in public life will be promoted thanks to the online consultation service of administrative documents and documents which will make information more transparent and accessible.
At the same time, the Municipality’s management software was renewed: this will allow the offices to operate with greater efficiency and precision.
