CIVITAVECCHIA – Quarrel between several people in Piazza Calamatta yesterday around 7pm.
The reasons that led to the clash, in which a woman was also involved, are not yet clear.
According to initial information, the argument degenerated into fistfights, with a fight involving two men and a woman.
Some Carabinieri patrols from the local company quickly intervened on site in an attempt to re-establish order, and the 118 staff to provide first aid, with the necessary transfer of the people to the San Paolo hospital for the usual clinical checks.
According to the first summary information, the episode was enriched with new details, with the Carabinieri forced to intervene a second time near the cathedral: apparently to stop a person who attempted to escape from the ambulance. The police would then escort the medical vehicle until it arrived at the hospital.
