Manfratti was taken to the police station and is accused of murder and attempted murder. There were complaints presented on several occasions by both the woman and her mother. Complaints for stalking which had already resulted in a trial against Manfratti before the judge of the Court of Varese Luciano Lucarelli. A process still ongoing.

History

The 40-year-old’s tenacity in destroying the life of his ex and her family had already led to the issuing of a no-approach order against the former lawyer.
