Young people performing in a particular atmosphere: at the Empedocle Classical and Musical High School three events that will highlight the artistic talents of the children. Is called “May of Talents” the first review of music, poetry, narrative and pictorial arts scheduled for the next few years 8, 15 and 22 May, starting at 4.30 pm, in the main hall of the high school in via Empedocle, in Agrigento. An initiative strongly supported by the school directorMarika Helga Gatto. Different moments of the three days will highlight, through music, art, poetry, and much more, the talent of the students, guided by the teachers. The Empedocles has in its mission, among others, the promotion of cultural experiences that encourage sociality and the expression of artistic and musical talents and abilities. A precious opportunity to test one’s passions, in a public dimension and for constructive discussion with one’s peers. At the end of each artistic moment, prizes and certificates will be awarded.
Through performances and skills, the children will be able to convey the importance of passions, the “healthy” habits that allow them to achieve their goals and the winning tools to stimulate the right ideas and creativity. The event will end with the awarding of a “Great” talent, i.e. a personality from outside the high school who has distinguished himself for his social and/or cultural activity. The winner of this first edition will be revealed on the last date (22/05/2024).
