ANCONA – The administrative controls desired by the commissioner Cesare Capocasa on the commercial activities in the area continue. In particular, in recent days some bars and mini markets in the neighborhood were checked by the administrative team arches and the port of Ancona. An ethnic mini market did not have SCIA documentation, which certifies the regularity of the activity carried out and the type of business. For this failure an administrative sanction of 400 EUR. Furthermore, equally important, the violation of the HACCP obligation, or the food self-control system. Not having it means not taking care of the foods that are sold to the public, of their conservation, of the temperatures of the refrigerators and of any other element that prevents any dangerous situations for consumers or contamination.
Therefore the administrative team of the Police Headquarters forwarded the reports to the various competent offices.
