The concert evening “Sanremo… e poi” took place in the main hall of the Italian Community “Pino Budicin”, during which the midicantes and soloists of the association performed, followed and prepared by the artistic director Patrizia Sfettina Jurman.

The young singers of the CI, all students of the SEI “Bernardo Benussi” and the Rovinj SMSI, full of enthusiasm and passionate about the Sanremo Festival, proposed a musical repertoire composed of the most beautiful winning songs of the past editions of the event, starting from the 1990s 60 to get to the most listened to songs of the moment.
The evening was hosted by the very nice Tina and Teo Jurman, supported by Niko Lovrić, who transported the large audience on a journey through time through the most beautiful Italian songs of all time.
The ice singers Chiara Barbieri, Ana Kečan and Gianluca Kreja broke the ice with “Sarà because I love you”, after which it was the turn of the duo composed of Nadan Santin and Gloria Borsani, who sang “Felicità”.
“Come Foglie” was sung by Evelina Petrović, while “Luce (Tramonti a nord est)” by Lana Verdnik accompanied by Lana Zovanović. “Viva la mamma” performed by Chiara Barbieri and Ana Kečan, transported the audience to the end of the 80s, while, remaining on the theme, Nadan Santin performed with the emotional “Mamma”. The soloist Nicole Maria Kučinić performed “At least you in the universe”, while Lana Zovanović sang “Ma chefreddofa”. The hit of 2017, “Occidentali’s Karma” was performed by the very easy-going singer Gianluca Krelja, after which Simone Polo performed with the romantic “Rose rossa”. “My band plays rock” was interpreted with great determination by Gloria Borsani.
Closing the musical event in the Community was the guest Riccardo Riky Bosazzi, who performed on the guitar with “Champagne”, one of the best-known songs of Italian music launched by Peppino di Capri way back in 1972.

Promising young people
Finally, the vice-president of the association, Matteo Tromba, honored Patrizia Sfettina Jurman with a bouquet of flowers in pure Sanremo style, wishing all the singers who performed during the evening many more successful concerts.
Tromba also wanted to congratulate the young promises of Rovinj music, Gloria Borsani, Nicole Maria Kučinić, Lana Verdnik and Lana Zovanović for the excellent results obtained in the first phase of the 30th edition of the Mia Martini Award, among the New proposals, the most large with 150 participants, held between 24 and 26 April in Scalea (Cosenza).
The four young people from Rovinj, prepared by Patrizia Sfettina Jurman, won the right to the second phase of online voting, which will take place soon on the website premiamartini.it, where it will be possible to listen to the unreleased songs of each candidate. The online vote will decide who will advance to the final, which will take place in Bagnara from 12 to 15 September. At the end of the evening, the Rovinj audience had already said their opinion about her with very warm applause.
