Zero Festival in Legnano offers a week full of meetings with authors, workshops and cultural activities for young people, promoting reading and socializing outside of school.

Start today, Monday 6 Maythe third edition of the lively Zero Festival to Legnanoan event dedicated to books, to reading and entertainment for teenagers generation zero. In the suggestive scenery of the park of Municipal librarylocated in via Cavour 3, secondary school students will have the opportunity to interact with the authors of the books they read at school or individually.

The festival, extended until Friday 10 May, offers a rich program both during school hours and outside of school. Students will be able to participate in workshops, graphic novel and manga sessions, explore TV series and immerse themselves in engaging board games. The main objective is to transform the Library into a place of community and inclusion, where young people can enjoy stimulating cultural experiences outside the school walls.

Guido Bragato, councilor for culture, underlines the importance of Zero Festival as an opportunity for training, sociability and leisure for young people, as well as a vehicle for promoting active citizenship. The program includes meetings with authors of books suitable for both lower and lower secondary school students, offering a variety of learning and entertainment opportunities.

The afternoon events are open to all, with advance booking possible by calling 0331 547370. These include graphic novel and manga reading groups, TV series workshops and practical board game design sessions. Furthermore, Radio Bull-aut of the Istituto Dell’Acqua will actively participate with live broadcasts, interviews with authors and students, broadcasting via web radio, podcasts and live.

Zero Festival is a unique opportunity for young people from Legnano to explore new literary worlds, socialize and have fun while developing skills and actively participating in the cultural life of the city.
