Viterbo – Carabinieri – 30-year-old ends up demanding 32 thousand euros from the woman as compensation for the interruption of the “collaboration” and the threat – In prison for exploitation of prostitution and extortion

Viterbo – Carabinieri execute precautionary custody order for exploitation of prostitution and extortion against a woman.

“Today, the Carabinieri of the provincial command of Viterbo carried out a precautionary custody order in prison against a young thirty-year-old Italian man, who is said to have been responsible, towards his ex-girlfriend, for the crimes of exploitation of prostitution, extortion and persecutory acts” – The Carabinieri announced this in a note.

“The investigative activity – continue the Carabinieri – carried out by the Carabinieri and coordinated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Viterbo court was born following a routine intervention by the Carabinieri’s patrols in February.

A woman, today’s victim, asked for the intervention of the men of the force at her home following a violent altercation with her ex-partner, from whom she had recently separated, who had shown up at the house with be annoying. The man hid when the military arrived, only to then reappear at his ex-partner’s house and the subsequent intervention of the police, contacted again, allowed them to identify the man and carry out the first checks.

During these investigations, as also provided for by the recent legal provisions on the subject of crimes of gender violence (red code), and also thanks to the collaboration of the woman, the military ascertained that she was disseminating hard videos on multiple platforms for adults and in carrying out this activity of producing and disseminating sexually explicit videos, the woman had been helped in the past by her now ex-partner, who would have operated as a “chatter”, i.e. the person who interacts with the platform’s customers, contacting them and showing them the price list for the various performances.

What emerged from the police investigations is that the man, in chatting with customers and promoting the various online offers, pretended to be the woman herself, effectively enticing them.

Following the breakdown of the romantic relationship between the two, the man began to demonstrate behavior characterized by extreme verbal violence as well as claiming to continue interfering in the woman’s social activity, from which he received 40% of the total income. resulting from online services. The earnings of the “helper” amounted to a figure between 500 and 800 euros per week until reaching a monthly average of around 3000 euros net.

The end of the relationship did not in fact discourage the ex-partner, who demanded from the woman not to be excluded from the profitable activity, going so far as to threaten her repeatedly if she ousted him from her “social” performances and even demanding the large sum of 32 thousand euros as compensation for the interruption of his “collaboration”.

The repeated extortion threats were addressed to the girl for a long period of time and persecutory behavior also emerged during the investigations carried out by the Carabinieri, which is why at the end of the activity carried out by the military the Viterbo judicial authority immediately issued a restrictive measure in prison against the ex-partner, immediately carried out by the military personnel”.
