On our peninsula the weather is improving further even if, in the next few hours, clouds will continue to appear also in the central regions, due to residual infiltrations of cold air
Attenuating from the next few hours and today Sunday 5 May, due to the expansion of a high pressure promontory which will guarantee stable weather conditions and gradually increasing temperatures. This will, however, be a temporary improvement as a new Atlantic disturbance will reach our peninsula starting from Monday evening and in the following days, causing a further worsening of atmospheric conditions in many Italian regions, in particular in the central-south, where Widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected.
Stable weather is forecast for today with a prevalence of clear or slightly cloudy skies in the morning but cloud cover cannot be ruled out during the day in the internal areas and on the Adriatic side, without significant phenomena. Temperatures gradually increasing, especially in the maximum values.
