The site saw the light yesterday and promises everyone to enter, on paid days, without paying any ticket: “become friends with a Venetian and visit the city without paying for any ticket”, with two buttons: one to donate a code, the other to receive it. And the system apparently works, so much so that in the header the site promises: “There are currently 228 codes available with which you can invite 2253 friends”.
In practice, the system pairs an arriving tourist with a resident who “simulates” having invited him for a visit.
