A dozens of flights they were diverted to Palermo, Trapani and Comiso because of the fort wind which hit the Fontanarossa airport Catania. EasyJet and Wizz Air flights from Nantes from Warsaw were diverted to Comiso. In Palermo the Ryanair coming from Tirana, and from Milan Malpensa, the Ita coming from Milan Linate and the EasyJet from London and the Brusselsair from Brussels. Finally in Trapani the Ryanair coming from Malta.
