The activities organized by the Municipal Administration of Guidonia Montecelio continue to support Raffaela, 15 years old, a student of the Scientific High School, affected since birth by a complex congenital heart disease, Ebstein’s anomaly, a very rare pathology which affects the right side of the heart, the tricuspid valve in particular, and accounts for just 1% of all heart disease.
Raffaela requires a very economically demanding cardiac surgery in a highly specialized facility in the USA, the Boston Children’s hospital.
For this reason, the “Heart Match” will take place on Saturday 11 May at 7.30 pm.
It will be an afternoon of sport and solidarity at the Ocres Moca field in via Pantane in Villalba, with challenges between local youth teams and then between the representative City of Guidonia Montecelio and the representative of the Territory Associations.
During the event, organized free of charge by the Administration thanks to the support of various associations in the City, a fundraiser will be organised.
