Reggio Calabria will continue to fly also in the winter season. The Irish low-cost airline, Ryanair, as reported by AeroportiCalabria.com, should confirm the 5 international and 3 national routes from Tito Minniti Airport.

Below are the frequencies from the end of October to March 2025:

International routes

Barcelona El Prat – 2x – (Friday and Sunday)

Berlin Brandenburg – 2x – (Friday and Sunday)

Tirana – 2x – (Monday and Saturday)

Manchester – 2x – (Wednesday and Sunday)

Marseille – 2x – (Monday and Friday)

National routes

Bologna – 5x – (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Turin – 4x – (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)

Venice M. Polo – 3x – (Monday, Thursday and Saturday).

Certainly, in addition to an initial summary of Ryanair flights to and from Reggio Calabria airport, further details and perhaps previews on the next routes will be revealed during the event scheduled for Tuesday 7 May at the Tito Minniti airport.

The CEO of Ryanair Eddie Wilson, the Governor Roberto Occhiuto and the sole director of Sacal Marco Franchini will participate in the press conference.

As already highlighted on these pages, Ryanair’s first week in Reggio Calabria was undoubtedly a success (in terms of filling flights and consequently tourist presences on the shores of the Strait).

Now, however, we need to continue on this path: it is essential to implement all or at least a good part of the activities suggested by CityNow to the municipal administration to improve the experience of tourists in the city.
