The agents of the State Police of the Tivoli-Guidonia Commissariat, together with their colleagues from the San Basilio Commissariat, arrested a 50-year-old from Tivoli in Guidonia Montecelio, in flagrant violation of the ban on approaching less than 1 km from frequented places by his ex-partner and the ban on residence in the Municipality of Guidonia, as well as for having put up strong resistance, in a state of psychophysical alteration, against the officers who intervened.

The police then arrested the 50-year-old as he was seriously suspected of having violated the ban on approaching his ex-partner and the ban on staying in the Municipality of Guidonia, as well as the crime of resisting a Public Official.
