Another trail of blood on Italian roads. Throughout the evening of Friday 3 May 2024, at Spilimbergoa municipality of over 11 thousand inhabitants in the province of Pordenonea was consumed tragic accident in which one lost his life 26 year old girl.
Spilimbergo (Pordenone): terrible head-on accident, 26-year-old girl dead
The young victim was involved in a terrible head-on collision while he was traveling along regional road 464.
The impact occurred at Istragoa small hamlet of Spilimbergo, the town where the young woman lived.
For reasons that are still under investigation carabinieri of the station Castelnuovo.
The dynamics of the accident
From what emerged from the initial reconstructions, the 26-year-old, around 9pm, while going around a curve, lost control of her car and collided head-on with a car that was traveling in the opposite direction.

Following the collision, the girl ended up, while she was on board her vehicle, in a ditch that runs alongside the road. For her there was no escape (this was yet another road tragedy. A few days ago in Piacenza another woman died, again due to a head-on accident).
Driving the other vehicle was a 73-year-old woman, who was unharmed, and her daughter, a 44-year-old disabled woman who was slightly injured and was taken to the emergency room.
Rescue services and the road closed
Health personnel and firefighters from the local detachment also intervened on site.
