TURIN, 03 MAY – “We have gained a good point on a difficult field: we are at kilometer 39, three to go for a finish line like the Champions League which was unthinkable and unimaginable”: the Bologna coach, Thiago Motta, comments with satisfaction on the 0 -0 in Turin against the Granata who brings his boys closer to the dream. “We are there deservedly, even if I don’t forget the faces of my players after the summer friendlies – he continues in the press conference – and now we have returned to Europe after 22 years: there was a bit of regret because they always want to win, but we take this point and there’s not much left to finish the marathon.” Toro, on the other hand, remains stuck in the goal area: “We did our best, we couldn’t have been higher in the table – says Ivan Juric – and we lacked technical aspects, not spirit or tactics”.
