Did the initial difficulties help you? “Difficulties make us grow and improve. Coaches need time to be able to lead a group to an objective. Not just me, but everyone. Football must be judged on results and we don’t have time. We did very well with the Primavera boys in terms of play at PSG. We had an exceptional year at Spezia with Gyasi and Maggiore, but the boys they have always given everything and since things have changed in the right direction it gives me more satisfaction to see the team playing well. We have won many matches, we have had difficulties in others, like tonight when we drew. But I am happy all the same.”
Are you staying in Bologna? “Today I have to underline what we have done because it is unexpected and unimaginable. Now there is little left to finish the season and we will see in what position we will be. For today we have done something wonderful. The rest is secondary at the moment.”
