LIVORNO. He did not declare 150 thousand euros in compensation to the tax authorities, but a lawyer from Livorno was discovered by the economic-financial police unit of the financial police.
It is on the basis of elements of analysis and cross-referencing of information and databases that the Labronian financiers have identified a lawyer, operating in Livorno and its province, who failed to declare to the tax authorities over 150 thousand in compensation and income received, with related VAT violations for over 70 thousand euros.
The result came at the conclusion of a tax audit during which the military carried out financial investigations, requesting, as expected, always in constant and fair cross-examination, from the professional the justifications for the various bank movements; however, for various movements the lawyer was unable to provide any valid justification.
At the end of the activity, the Fiamme Gialle drew up a detailed assessment report, sent to the competent Revenue Agency for the consequent assessment and collection activity.
