TREVISO – Apartment in the centre, three teenage daughters, two stable jobs and a love story without shadows and without problems. At least until a few months ago, when arguments started at home, culminating on Friday morning with the removal from home of a 40-year-old man, reported by his partner for mistreatment in the family. Appearing yesterday morning before the investigating judge Marco Biagetti for the validation of the provision (which the judge then confirmed, ed.), the 40-year-old, defended by the lawyer Mario Nordio, told his version of the facts. “Yes, on Sunday we argued, for the umpteenth time – he stated – but my partner, for some time now, has no longer behaved like a mother”. The man spoke of a mid-life crisis on the part of the woman, who is 44 years old, of nights spent out dancing or who knows where and with who knows who, and of returning home even at 7 in the morning just before the alarm clock of girls to go to school. The woman, in her complaint, instead describes continuous harassment, even on a psychological level. Culminating, in fact, with last Friday’s episode.
THE COMPLAINT
The call to the police came on April 26 shortly after 9 am. The 44-year-old asked for his intervention: “Come, my partner just hit me.” The soldiers, who arrived at the apartment a stone’s throw from Piazza Vittoria, found a calm situation on balance. But the woman had a cut lip. She was taken to the emergency room of the Ca ‘Foncello hospital for treatment and was later discharged with a three-day prognosis for the wound and other bruises found in other parts of her body. Shortly afterwards, however, the code red protocol was triggered with the immediate removal from the partner’s family home. Yes, because the 44-year-old, at the end of the medications, vented to the police, describing months of arguments with her partner and filing a detailed complaint for mistreatment in the family. Culminating, in fact, with the last argument in which the 40-year-old ended up jerking her and throwing her to the ground.
THE INTERROGATION
The measure was taken immediately: the 40-year-old was notified that he was to be removed from the family home and banned from approaching his partner within 500 metres. Yesterday morning, before the judge, the man told a different story (after having also filed a complaint for injuries after last Friday’s discussion, ed.), accusing his partner of having behaved “out of the ordinary” in recent months , due according to him to a mid-life crisis seeing his daughters have grown up and feeling, not only at the registry office, a young woman. «It happens that she goes out in the evening, without saying where she is going, and also comes back the next morning – said the man – dressed like a no-good (in reality she used much more explicit terms, ed.). I do not know what to do. And then, if she’s out every night, who are our daughters with?” A story that did not move the judge, who gave effect to the code red confirming the restrictive measure against the 40-year-old.
