The series of meetings begins on Wednesday 8 May “Let’s trust! The bonds that support family hospitality” proposed by the Center for families of Cesena, by the eherepe Entrusted by the Union of Valle Savio Municipalities, by the Family Agency and by local associations, with the aim of knowing and deepening the theme offamily foster care. This was announced by the Municipality.
We start with two evenings at Eliseo cinema in viale Carducci 7: Wednesday May 8that 8.30 pm, with “Three Too Many” by Fabio De Luigi (photo), is Wednesday May 15that the same time, with “The quiet girl” by Colm Bairèad.
Thursday 30 May it will be the turn of the initiative “Guess who I’m taking to dinner?”at 6.30 pm, at the Center for families in via Ancona 310. An evening in the company of families and people who experience different forms of hospitality and closeness together with those who can learn and learn more (reservations required by Monday 20 May on 0547 333611).
The events will continue on Thursday June 13that 5.30 pm, at Red House of Ponte Pietra, in via Cesenatico 1795, with “I trust you. Story of my children born from the heart”. This is a reading aloud of some fragments taken from the book by Luciana Littizzetto in which the actress herself talks about her experience of foster care. The readings will continue on Thursday June 20th and 27th, at 5.30 pm, and will be aimed at girls and boys, but also at parents, having as their theme those of welcome, meeting and bonds. The readings will be followed by a small educational experience.
Friday July 19that 6pm, it will be time for the “Living library”: a meeting to promote dialogue, knowledge and to encourage reflection. As in a real library, readers will be offered the opportunity to consult a catalog and choose a book to borrow to assist in the reading and narration of the book itself. This event will also be held in the spaces of Center for families of via Ancona. The review will end in September with a moment of celebration.
