(Limited Edition) “Borgo Food 2024” excellent dishes along the route of the regions crossed by the Vie Francigene and the Via germanica Romea with international guests from excellent cuisines. Demonstration of
Cultural Quality Street Food (Chef On The Road), organized by the Master Chefs Association. The event will take place in the splendid setting of Piazza Martiri della Libertà. Borgo Food will begin on Friday 10 May at 4.00 pm, continuing until Sunday 12 May 2024 from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm. The project aims to be a journey of taste and more, where dishes from the regions of Italy crossed along the Via Francigena and Germanica Romea will be presented, and dishes from international cuisines recognized as Intangible Heritage of Humanity. In the rich schedule, the worthy cultural message of knowledge on the immaterial Unesco will be transmitted through a large screen, we mention some of them: Sicilian Puppet Opera, Sardinian tenor song, Cremona violin making skills, Falconry, Celestian Perdonanza etc..
This is a traveling cooking and dissemination event on the diffusion of the traditional culture of the Regions along the Via Francigena.

The operators present will prepare a live menu featuring the most famous aromas and flavors of the regional and international tradition. 30 stops are planned in the main Italian cities, with 9 traveling taverns, the qualified operators will be able to amaze with their particularities and the quality of their typicality.
Structures with a unique atmosphere, scenographically coordinated according to the Italian nation or region involved, each of which will tell its own story.
