Banca di Imola launches a new bond loan with the devolution of a disbursement intended for social purposes. This instrument can be subscribed to in all branches of the city credit institution and will allow you to make a fixed rate investment and at the same time allocate a donation to the diocesan Caritas, for the multiple and meritorious charitable activities in which it is engaged on a daily basis.

In fact, Banca di Imola will donate 0.20% of the nominal amount placed as a one-off donation. The bond loan issued by the Banca di Imola, for a maximum total of ten million euros, can be subscribed until 31 May, unless the offer period is extended or closed early. The minimum denomination that can be subscribed to is equal to one thousand euros and its multiples, the duration of 42 months, with a gross annual fixed rate of 3% with quarterly coupon.

In recent days, the shareholders’ meeting of the Banca di Imola unanimously gave the green light to the 2023 financial statements, which closed with a gross profit of 15.62 million euros (+46.23%), after the necessary adjustments, the more than prudential provisions and despite the extraordinary costs for the bailouts of competing banks ordered by the competent authorities for 1.891 million euros (+0.83%). Net profit grew to 10.187 million euros (+44.93%). The meeting unanimously resolved the distribution of a dividend of 80 euro cents per share, a further increase.

Direct deposits from customers rose to 1,637 million euros (+4.56%) and indirect deposits to 2,197 million euros (+6.68%), of which managed savings (including financial-insurance products) reached 1,144 million euros. Overall collection from customers alone amounted to 3,834.7 million euros (+5.8%).
